Shipping Policy

At SY Doll, we offer free and discreet worldwide shipping. However, due to import laws, we do not ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

Shipping Fee

  • US Stock Dolls to the U.S.: Free Standard Shipping
  • Shipping to the Rest of the World: Shipping fee calculated at checkout

Delivery Time

For in-stock dolls shipped from the U.S. or EU, the total delivery time is typically 2-7 days.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)

Handling Time

We check inventory daily to ensure sufficient stock for every product. Order processing time can range from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the selected customization options and the number of orders in the queue.

Please note that sex dolls are customized products made to order according to the customer's specifications. While we strive to ship every order within the stated timeframe, processing time may be slightly longer in exceptional cases.

Shipping Methods

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery takes 10-15 days, depending on your location.
  • Standard Freight Shipping: Delivery takes 25-35 business days, depending on your location.

Note: There may be occasional delays due to manufacturer and distribution issues. Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx may also experience delays, extending delivery to 15-20 business days, depending on your location.

Canadian Delivery Time

  1. Standard Shipping: Custom dolls take 3-7 days to complete production. They are then shipped by ocean container ship from our factory to Vancouver, Canada, and subsequently picked up by UPS. Due to port congestion, delivery currently takes 8-9 weeks (previously 4-7 weeks). Please note that there will be a period of 30-40 days when logistics status may not be trackable online. However, our company can provide updates upon request. Once the package reaches Canada, UPS will update the logistics status and complete the delivery.

  2. Expedited Shipping: Production time of 3-7 days, with an additional 10-15 days for shipping.

Order Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within 3 days (excluding weekends) but may take up to 5 days or longer. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been sent. Please check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email is filtered there. If you can't find the dispatch email, contact us for real-time information.

Note: It can take 1-2 days before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Tracking numbers usually update within 3-7 days.

VAT and Duties

Our prices include VAT for orders within the European Union (EU).

Damaged or Broken Items

If your product arrives damaged, please reject the item, take photos, and contact us immediately. We will arrange a new shipment within 48 hours. Please note that we are not responsible for damage to packaging; this is the carrier's responsibility.

Missing Confirmation Emails

If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder. If the email is not there, please contact us.

Missing Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers are included in your dispatch email. If you can't find the tracking number, please contact us for an update.

Shipping Delays

SY Doll is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
